At Torson Design we pride ourselves on building the highest quality, hand-assembled study models available. We offer prompt, affordable services to architects, developers and builders alike. The materials most commonly used to construct these models are a combination of foam core, illustration board, bass wood and styrene. Sturdy, protective transportation cases can easily be constructed at no additional cost for models that require shipment.

Architectural Models

Pricing is available upon my review of architectural plans and of the site. Massing models start at 50 cents per square foot. Massing models are a great tool for a rough sketch, or a project that is in need of review, because they are quickly made and easily modified as well as being affordable. A small rush fee may apply if the project is needed on short notice. Apartments, churches and other larger projects are not based on the square footage but on the individual needs of the project.
